Through the use of high quality video transmission equipment linked to wireless or
landline communications systems we are able to monitor activity and control automated
equipment at Client premises. This includes the live operation of Client CCTV
surveillance systems, control of doors/access points and other building services
that can be switched on and off remotely. Remote monitoring services include -
Alarm Response
The visual validation of activated alarms and the coordination of response organisations
(e.g. Police, Emergency Services and Private Security Firms). We do all possible to
determine if a response is required prior to calling out response organisations,
potentially saving the significant expense of false alarms.
Key video footage of events is recorded at our Control Centre for use as evidence by
the Client and the authorities.
Proactive Video Guard Touring
Connecting to Client CCTV systems via telecommunications systems to identify
potential operational or security issues either for block periods of time or
programmed regular short site visits (video guard tours).
This service can be readily integrated with Security Guard response services to
provide a comprehensive surveillance and response solution.
Client Event Reporting
To assist Clients in managing issues identified through surveillance activity,
a reporting package is tailored to individual client requirements to ensure events
are notified in a timely, efficient and productive manner by phone, email or fax.
For Clients with volume surveillance requirements, regular coordination meetings are
undertaken and statistical analysis of events within facilities are provided to
facilitate operational and security improvements.
