REMOTE CCTV MONITORING/FACILITY SERVICING
Our service range has been expanded to include - Through the use of high quality video transmission equipment linked to wireless or landline communications systems we are able to monitor activity and control automated equipment at Client premises. This includes the live operation of Client CCTV surveillance systems, control of doors/access points and other building services that can be switched on and off remotely. Remote monitoring services include -

Alarm Response

The visual validation of activated alarms and the coordination of response organisations (e.g. Police, Emergency Services and Private Security Firms). We do all possible to determine if a response is required prior to calling out response organisations, potentially saving the significant expense of false alarms.

Key video footage of events is recorded at our Control Centre for use as evidence by the Client and the authorities.

Proactive Video Guard Touring

Connecting to Client CCTV systems via telecommunications systems to identify potential operational or security issues either for block periods of time or programmed regular short site visits (video guard tours).

This service can be readily integrated with Security Guard response services to provide a comprehensive surveillance and response solution.

Client Event Reporting

To assist Clients in managing issues identified through surveillance activity, a reporting package is tailored to individual client requirements to ensure events are notified in a timely, efficient and productive manner by phone, email or fax.

For Clients with volume surveillance requirements, regular coordination meetings are undertaken and statistical analysis of events within facilities are provided to facilitate operational and security improvements.



CONTROL CENTRE OPERATIONS
We resource manpower and establish customised operating procedures for outsourced Client Control Centre operations covering the following applications -
  • Occupational Health and Safety
  • Security and Process Monitoring
  • Emergency Response Coordination
  • Access Control
  • Customer Services
As part of this service we can develop automated management reporting systems and quality assurance processes to suit client requirements.


REVIEW AND REPORTING STORED VIDEO INFORMATION
We undertake reviews and detailed reporting of Client VCR tape or digitally stored video images from most quality recording systems currently in use.

This service can be utilised as an ongoing deterrent programme with video footage being reviewed on a random or scheduled basis to identify any operational, commercial or security issues.

Outputs include detailed reports with comments on issues observed. Video copy extracts of key events are supplied to assist Clients with follow up action.

HUMAN RESOURCES
Our Surveillance Officers are subject to thorough selection/training processes and are licensed under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act. They come from a variety of commercial or operational backgrounds with a wide understanding of business environments and specialise in CCTV surveillance. They are rotated through short shift periods to maximise Surveillance Officer alertness and quality of Client service.


CONTROL CENTRE SYSTEMS
We utilise quality IT and Audio/Visual systems. These are supplied and supported by recognised Industry leaders. We have maximised the use of digital equipment to provide a robust systems environment with appropriate redundancy and back up/recovery arrangements. Our systems and procedures are subject to an ongoing quality assurance programme.


COMPANY BACKGROUND
Swiftlink's parent company Claremont Ferrand commenced business in 1992 and has established quality facilities and systems to meet our Clients' service requirements. The Company was awarded an Export Commendation and was a finalist for Exporter of the Year for management services in the Aviation Industry. Swiftlink (NZ) Ltd was established as a stand alone business unit in 2001 and holds a regulatory operating approval for the provision of surveillance services and is a member of the New Zealand Security Association.
